How to navigate your delivery route

Various navigation apps are compatible with Spoke, so you can use the one you prefer.

When using Spoke Route Planner the default setting is Spoke Internal Navigation, which is powered by Google Maps. This lets you follow your route and mark off deliveries all in the same app.

  • Tap > Start

  • Your first stop will be highlighted

  • Tap > Navigate

  • In-app navigation will launch using Google Maps

  • Tap > Exit to stop navigation

How to see disruption alerts for live traffic, incidents, and speed cameras

This feature is only available when using Spoke Internal Navigation, and is on by default.

  • On a route tap > Navigate

  • Tap the settings cog icon that appears on the screen

  • Turn Disruption alerts on/off

You will be able to see live disruption alerts on your route, added by Drivers using Spoke, Google Maps and Waze.

How to submit a disruption alert

You can also submit your own disruption alerts to help other drivers.

Tap the yellow triangle icon at the bottom of the screen and select the type of disruption you would like to report:

  • Crash

  • Congestion

  • Police

  • Speed camera

  • Roadworks

  • Lane closure

  • Stalled vehicle

  • Object on road

How to use Android Auto or CarPlay with Spoke Route Planner

Spoke Route Planner is available on Android Auto and CarPlay, which allows you to use Spoke on your vehicle's infotainment display.

  • In your phone settings, make sure that you have Spoke selected as an app that will be available to you on your Android Auto or CarPlay

  • On your phone, create a route and optimize it

  • Connect your phone to your vehicle’s infotainment display
