How to switch between your Team and Personal profile

The driver app is available for drivers using Spoke Route Planner and Spoke Dispatch.

You can switch between your Personal or Teams profile within the Spoke Route Planner app.

This allows you to change driving modes:

  • Select your Personal profile to use your Spoke Route Planner account.
Add stops, create routes, and carry out your deliveries as an individual delivery driver.

  • Select your Teams profile to use the Spoke Dispatch account you've been added to. Create and receive routes, capture proof of delivery, and carry out deliveries for the team you have been invited to join.

How to switch between profiles in the driver app:

  • Open the Spoke Route Planner app

  • Click the 3x horizontal line menu in the top left corner of the app

  • Click on the profile icon to switch between Personal and Team profiles

  • Selecting a profile lets you automatically use the driver app in that mode
