How to search your account

Search your entire account for a specific stop, order or customer.

Dispatchers can quickly and easily search all account history for specific information.

  • To search your account click > Search in the left side bar or press S on your keyboard

  • Refine your search by selecting a depot or time period

  • Type your search query into the search bar

  • You can search using any information related to a stop, such as an address, recipient details, phone number, and more

The easiest way to find a specific stop is to search for it using its unique tracking token. These can be found at the end of every stop's tracking link after the forward slash and look like this example below.

Copy and paste the tracking token (eg efzqwLliTdZYCw) into the Search box.

  • If you cannot find what you are looking for in the search results, try adding more information to your query and trying again

  • When you find the stop you are looking for, click on it

  • You will then be taken to that stop and route containing all available data
