How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

Change your subscription to suit your business needs

If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, you must do so via the Dispatcher dashboard.

  • Go to Settings > Workspace > Plan & Billing

  • Go to the Plan tab of the page

  • Click > Manage plan if you wish to make changes to your plan.

You will be shown which plan you are currently subscribed to and the options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

Making a change to your plan will affect the features and functions you have access to. The payment/billing will change on your next invoice.
